This autumn, we have an unmissable event: the 23rd European Week of Regions and Cities, taking place in Brussels on October 13, 14, and 15.

RIVCircular will have its own stand, where you can stop by to get all the information you need to join the project when the cascade funding call is launched.

The European Week of Regions and Cities (#EURegionsWeek) is the leading annual event in Brussels focused on EU Cohesion Policy. It is jointly organised by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy (DG REGIO) and the European Committee of the Regions (CoR).

Launched in 2003, when regional representations in Brussels first opened their doors to policy experts and stakeholders, the event has grown to become the European Union’s largest gathering dedicated to regional and urban development.

The #EURegionsWeek provides a dynamic platform for communication, knowledge exchange, and collaboration on regional challenges and opportunities.

Every year, it brings together thousands of participants. By convening a wide range of voices and actors, the event fosters an open, collaborative environment, both in Brussels and beyond, dedicated to learning, capacity-building, and sharing best practices.

This event encourages interregional cooperation and connects political leaders, administrators, and private sector stakeholders in a shared space. The programme includes interactive sessions, traditional workshops, high-level debates, and both formal and informal networking opportunities, all designed and delivered by selected partners to offer a meaningful and engaging experience.
